Pleasant service from Takealot

I have been with takealot from 2020 now it's 2026 and I must say it hasn't been a 100% experience at times I've had to return staff and complain but lately they have been at their best when it comes to service delivery, there is this courier Venda guy whom I think works around Kempton park since I'm in Alexandra, that guy always delivers my parcels on time I trust him , because of his excellent service I am now recommending and advertising Takealot staff to my colleagues, ryt now half of them order their staff on Takealot hence they used to fear online shopping but now they are comfortable since they see that Takealot is really legit and does deliver
