Plastic smelling 6l Sivercrest Air fryer

I purchased a 6l Airfryer. It had a plastic smell on it that seeped into food. I returned it through pick up point. On arrival my return rejected as packaging was messed with and scratches on air fryer. So claim rejected and I am left with smelling Airfryer. So disappointed in their service. Call center agents pathetic cannot explain policy. Did any person receive similar treatment. To top it off it seems they blocked my number as I cannot get through to call center. What happened to pleasing the customer.
