Placing the customer first!

I've been dealing with Takealot for quite a long time and have never encountered any difficulties with them. The delivery service was always on time and their site is simple to navigate. My last purchase was for a Kreepy Krawly pool cleaner which was offered at a great discount. I installed it and it proved to be not working at all. I checked everything ... the pipes, the weir, the filter and found no faults at all. I notified Takealot and they agreed to the return and replacement of the faulty unit. Upon receiving the 2nd one, it proved to be defective as well. It was evident that the Kreepy was not up to standard. They agreed to the return of the unit in exchange for a Voyager pool cleaner instead. The Voyager works beautifully and I will only deal with Takealot..... a business that that conducts business in a professional manner!
