Placed an order with them on the 29th January 2024 and paid with card online and it gave me 3 options on which date I want to receive my parcel

Placed an order with them on the 29th January 2024 and paid with card online and it gave me 3 options on which date I want to receive my parcel. And I opted for the following day. Got a message saying was parcel on the way and it was delivered at their warehouse in Sunnyside and it will arrive before 5. Guess what I stayed at work till that time and mind you it is a school,and after 5 I get a message saying that my parcel was received at a wrong courier but to my surprise how is that possible when I provided an address.And if they are not sure of the information why was I not contacted? This is not the first time this happens and it's irritating and a waste of money busy calling them and emailing.I am dissapointed with their services.
