****ed Off first time buyer
I am ****ed off at the poor service, I thought this companies service was good as many of my family and friends rave about the service, so i decided to give it a try. I placed an order and was promised delivery on Thursday 19th of November 2015, well today is Thursday and the last day at work as i am going on leave and planned a breakaway with family. I contacted the call centre to followup on my delivery and spoke to Nqobile Yeni reference is *** and Lungisa Ndingane reference is *** both giving me **** stories as to why the delivery is late and that i cannot change the delivery address. They informed me that i will be contacted today still with feedback. NO Feedback yet. <br> **** service and empty promises.
