Pick your drivers better

I don't know if your drivers get more cash for each they drive to the same address, but it is getting ridiculous. They don't even phone me when at the gate, they just hoot apparently and then leave. Takelot the branch phoned me and I told her to tell the driver he's at the wrong gate, he must go to our first gate. Which is right next to him yet he failed to deliver once again after I told her 20 times he needs to phone me directly or she must explain this to him. I prefer picking up my orders but this one had to be delivered. How hard is it for a driver to use a phone???? Our gate is too far from our house to hear someone hoot.
