Pick up point closed when supposed to be open

I received an email and SMS that I could collect my purchase from the Fontainblau pick up point, at 10:42 today. I went through to the pick up point at around 13:30, but there was no one there, yet your website says it is open.

I noted on the board outside that it was stated that weekend times are subject to change, but how are we, as the customer, supposed to know when these changes will occur, and at what times? I dont find that very customer friendly at all. In the end I wasted my time going over to the pick up point. How do I know if the pick up point will be open tomorrow, as I can only collect my purchase on the weekend???
