Photomate Digital Photo Frame

We purchased a Photomate digital photo frame from Takelot in February 2018 and ever since purchasing it we have had constant problems! Firstly we had to replace the power cable, as it stopped working We then had to replace the mother board, which had apparently been fried due to load shedding Last week we had to replace the screen, as it was once again completely dead Now today the device is once again not working, even though we had no load shedding over the weekend and we unplug it when we are expecting load shedding At this stage I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect this item to be replaced, as there is clearly a MAJOR problem with the one we purchased! Although we purchased the photo frame from Takelot they directed us to the Agent, CNS Marketing, to deal with the device, but at this stage I believe that Takelot should take ownership of this problem, liaise with the Supplier and replace it! In the meantime I definitely WOULD NOT recommend purchasing a Photomate digital photo frame!
