**** phone sold

I booked a return , i'm now stuck with a product that is not even working and it's hardly 3 weeks , courier came 1st time and unfortunately i forgot a charger ,someone from tal called me and i explained and arrangements were made for the courier to come back the following date , to date >>no one came >no one called >i called the call centre and clearly nothing was done , i'm still waiting for the courier and i want my money back and wil take my money where i'm being valued and cared for.
