Phone lines not working!

I have ordered stock from takealot, the product arrived opened inside the box I have logged a return, i want to file a complaint regarding the product ordered. A previous complaint on the site had the same complaint! Products arrive opened! I have tried to phone takealot 4 times their phone lines are not working. I have taken pictures regarding this..
