Phone collected but takealot is saying phone not collected

You are such a good company but something is fishy with my return. The status is still on collection date scheduled but the phone was taken last week Wednesday, that was after waiting the whole week for a collection. The driver collected the phone and now we have to schedule according to your schedule because of your inconveniences. What is this? Are you trying to **** me? I just cannot leave the drivers details here but call me if you want his details. Its been 3 weeks of trying to return the phone!!
