Phone case supp**** instead of charger and it is the wrong size!

I am so upset at the moment! I ordered one case & screen protector for an iPhone 13 Pro Max as well as an original Apple 20W USB-C power adaptor. My order was delivered today. What I received was very different from what I ordered.

I received two cases (I ordered one) and a screen protector for an iPhone 13 Mini and the Apple 20W USB-C power adaptor was included in the package at all. I can only presume that Takealot expects me to charge my phone with the second case?

So now I have to log a return, wait for the package to be collected and returned to Takealot, then it must be evaluated and replacement products shipped to me. So that's another week and half I cannot use my new phone as I am scared to use it without a case. Or I must buy and interim case in the meantime costing more money.

I am utterly disgusted that the Takealot can still make such idiotic mistakes. How on earth do you ship a case instead of an charger?
