Phone Blacklisted by Supplier,doesnot want to refund because of cable

I bought a phone from a third party via Takealot(Tech Care is the third party) with reference: MRRN-68J4Q-6XEY, has blacklisted the phone and refuses to reimburse my funds because I do not have the cable,even though I have stated countless times that he can deduct the money for the cable I just want my money back as I cannot access anything on the blacklisted phone (phone calls,texts,emails) . I bought the phone in November 2024 and on the 14th Feb 2026 my phone had no signal went to check with Vodacom only to find out it has been blacklisted.

The supplier's name is Tech Care and the phone was supp**** by them to Takealot on Reddit and Hello Peter Takealot has a lot of these suppliers that blacklist the devices and then ignore the customer when they want to be reimbursed.

Very disappointing
