Persons willing to do their jobs

I had a voucher problem through [URL Removed] which takealot has now taken over, and I am glad to say that trying through various people at take a lot I have come across these 2 ladies whom gave their full dedication and hard work to solve the problem and I was given a voucher to the full amount. They understood my frustrations and made personal contact to to keep me updated rather than sending that computerised email with no real feedback. Thank you very much I think take a lot can be great full for your efforts and that you are in their team because without you they suck. I also believe that you will solve the watch problem as you are very hard working. Thank you for everything so far and my apologies for everything!
