Permanent makeup machine

I bought a permanent makeup machine from them. The first time I opened it I noticed that one of the machines rubbers wore missing at first is did not think something of it. It was at the end of last year the salon was crazy busy and did not have time to return it. Then when is used it on a client it broke i tried fixing in while the client was there and then i made disturbing noises. I have a 6 Month Warranty and now takealot don’t want to replace it with a working machine , they said it should be logged in 7days but the machine did not broke in that 7 days only hade client later on . Now I can’t book any clients :(
