Pending delivery

I placed an order on the 17th August. Got an email back to be delivered by the 19th. The 19th,stock got lost in transit,had to understand as they reported. They scheduled my next delivery to 21st August. Its the 24th today. I cant contact them called and had to wait for 8 mins till my airtime got finished waiting to be assisted. Very disappointing. Imagine the time and electricity I have to use on pots to boil my water as I wait for my kettle. The airtime lost calling them.
