Pending Delivery

I paid a micro hifi and pots on the 26th of September 2020 and the delivery was scheduled to take place on the 2nd of October, to my surprise the driver actually didn't call me but he beeped me thinking I won't return a call so I called back since I didn't know the person who was calling. The guy said he's from takealot to deliver my order but he realized when got to my workplace that the mini hifi was not there at the courier.

I then reschedule the date to the 5th. Of October and I got a message that they couldn't find me upon arrival to deliver my order.
