Peeved off livid takealot customer 😡😡😡😠

I ordered a griddle pan and got delivered a disposable barbecue tray I do it find this funny at all. Order number #*** Herschelle.H contacted me for pictures of the items and I obliged thinking it would be sorted out, only to be told later the the afternoon it has been escalated whoever this person was, was clearly not interested is solving my problem. Today after 5 e mails Sasaha Leigh now want to know if I want a refund if I wanted the money I would not have placed an order now isn't it (common sense) Today I received my other order#*** same issue 3 defective products I had to log 3 returns is people not taking their work serious anymore or is takealot selling defective products. I am so peeved off with takealot I will rather order from Amazon from now on and I have been a loyal customer and buying from them for years but I'm done. Their customer service sucks big time it's like going to the day hospital I am livid
