Payments between Standard Bank and Takealot failing

Payments between Standard Bank and Takealot have been failing for a couple of weeks now. Both claims the problem is with the other. Payments from Standard Bank to other applications work fine. Takealot, in spite of their reaction to complaints seem to be happy to not do anything about it, however.
