payment was done .. proof of payment send, still not updated on system, no payment no order

I order from takelot usually excellent service. Execept for last 2 orders, ordered 4 dec, still waiting for supplier to send stock, order ********** 8 was done 10 dec with payment, proof of payment send , call centre contacted - send proof of payment to Melissa, Valentia, and again today. Not yet resolved - still waiting for payment to clear by payfast. This is not how takelot use to be.. will think twice to order again. bad service.
