Payment taken for cancelled goods

I ordered items as this what happened. ********** 3 was paid but still shows paynow. ********** 6 was a duppicate as ********** 2 was cancelled but paymant was received. Now i have to pay dubble for an item that was on order then i was informed items ordered was out of stock. I want ********** 3 which i paid for and i want ********** 2 refunded.
