Payment Reversal

On the 15th of December i purchased a kettle i used my cheque card to make an EFT payment to the recipient. However i have been sent from pillar to post about my delivery.I tried to send emails no respond i tried to call them spoke to a ladie said she will call me back no feed back and im not happynwith the service.I waht to to stop and reverse the payment.The purchase was supposed to have been delivered on the 24th of December
