Payment options failing

Several attempts to pay for a laptop that I ordered failed. It was very difficult and frustrating to find the call center number. When I eventuallu spoke to an agent, she was unable to help me conclude the payment. I had to cancel the order. It is just to difficult to pay for goods - and then to get help.
