PAYMENT NOT PAY BACK

I have ordered some stuff on 26 Nov 2025. I tried to pay the R500, but the transaction showed a problem, and I was forced to cancel. In the meantime, Takealot also cancelled the transaction but the R500 went off on that day. Today I saw that the R500 went off and I try to get my money back but only a message someone will contact me. But no help at all. How can their financieel person does not make a move to pay back my money as they can pick up that now transaction was ordered but they received money. Arlene
