Payment lost?

I ordered an item for R179 order number *** on the 2nd of Feb 2023...I provided Takealot with proof of payment and the order number as I had omitted to capture it on my payment...I have provided Takealot with hundreds of proof of payment docs and a letter from my bank FNB which stated that the amount went through...I am at my wit's end as Takealot is telling me stories that about Payfast that I don't understand. Please assist me as I'm pulling my hair at the moment..
