Payment Issues, Orders getting late, No Customer Care, No response

When i read an article that mentioned that people weren't getting their orders from Takealot. I thought it might have been an over exaggeration because i always received my orders from them but that quickly changed. Firstly i had issues with the PayFast service they offer as an option to make a payment method for the order. They delayed sending the money to Takealot. After they sent it to Takealot (Only after i had complained about it) Takealot said my order would arrive on Monday but it has been 2 days later and my order keeps getting delayed.

They dont have any contact details that you can call so you can get an update on your order and the only place where you can contact them is on facebook where they just ignore your messages.

This is a warning to those who are lucky enough to check the reviews on takealot before using it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You are literally left in the dark and no one to ask about where your order is. I used to use their service alot and swear by it but now they have disappointed me as a customer.
