Payment issues

Not Happy!! Placed an order, using half my ebucks for payment, payment gate not working on app and website and not giving any alternative options to pay, like Ozow ipay, eft etc, only credit/debit card could be selected. Once selected last named option forced on me, it gives me errors. I had to cancel the complete order and reorder, paying only with one method, so I couldn't use my ebucks. What is the point of giving an ebucks option if it cannot be used? Now I was forced to pay for the whole order with my cash. Not fair and not happy
