Payment

Placed an order on 13 November 2024 and paid with Eft Ozow option. The Pin from my bank was received and the Pin from Ozow was never received. The order amount was deducted from my account, but Takealot did not confirm the payment because it did not reflect on their system. Proof of payment was sent on various emails as requested by Takealot(computer) but to no avail. No response or action to resolve the matter
