Paying xtra for next day delivery? NOT

I ordered takealot on 29 /8 /22 , and paid XTRA for next day delivery ... it is now the next day 30/8 .. and it is 21:47 , and i cant contact anyone to ask wher my order is? Why was the xtra money taken from me if they couldn't deliver the next day?
