Paying for overnight does not mean overnight
I order 3 items and selected the over night option which comes at a premium price. All items where delivered a week later

13 Dec 2024, 09:39I tried to call Takealot - the call ended after 25 minutes of listening to recording - "we are experiencing high call volumes" I hope it is not all people who were charged for overnightdelivery and then no delivery for a week. Charging a fee for overnight delivery and then treating it as normal delivery is ********* to say the least some woudl srgue it is ********
