Payfast double payment🤬🤬🤬🤬

I ordered things on takealot and used payfast to make a payment. The first time it said it can’t process the payment because it “timed out” but money was debited from my capitec account, however on the takealot app, the order was not processed and it was as if I never paid. I processed the payment again, thinking that the first payment would reflect of their side, but to my surprise I was debited again!! Basically I paid twice for one order. I want the first payment to be reversed, I want my money back now!!!
