Pay for TakeALot expedited shipping at your own risk

Bought a solar battery and photography umbrella and these things are not cheap. Paid on Friday for expedited delivery for next Sunday. Come Sunday nothing was delivered. They did not even bother to tell me about the delay. I called and spoke to an agent who promised to call me back with an update, but never did. I called again on Monday and agent told me and confirmed on email that delivery would definitely happen on Monday before 19:00 PM. The time came and went with no delivery. No communication either to tell me they could not deliver on Monday. My family has been in the dark all this while. This is the second time this is happening in a few months. Terrible service
