Pay for order dobt receive it

Take a lot has my money and my dog food order over R1000 due to their own mix up no one delivered on said date i get told its at some other warehouses yet it showed its at mosselbaai that morning now i was told on friday 2 t 3 working days i wil get it but still nothing i am now forced to buy more dog food till i hear from them i have no words for this disgusting service !!! Never again qill i buy dog food again the first time the food was moulded i should have learnt
