Pay back the money!

<p>Takelot is disgusting when it comes to customer care and complaints.</p> <p> </p> <p>They refuse to accept that they packed and delivered the wrong item and now refuse to replace or refund me. <span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and when it comes to product complaints, the only time takelot does anything is through hellopeter. This is not my 1st issue with takealot.</span></p> <p> </p> <p>Ruth the call center agent should be trained properly even though you speaking to a person it sounds like a robot she does not listen, she is inefficient and unhelpful just like a robot.</p> <p> </p> <p>TAKEALOT you just lost a customer...</p> <p> </p> <p>Should my problem not be solved by takealot it will be taken further and starting with the CEO.</p>
