Pay back my money today

I ordered books on 29 February. I had to call you last week to deliver one of the three books that was in stock, today I find out another book is now in stock and you did not bother to action a delivery. Now your consultant tells me the other book will only be in stock 15 March. I cancelled the order because I'd rather buy somewhere else because my sister need to study. And after cancellation your consultant tells me I will be paid on the 15 March? Please pay back my money today. I need to make alternative arrangement for my sister to have a textbook and study.
