Pay back my money !!!!!!!!
<p>On Sunday 27/11/2016 I ordered a PlayStation 4 on Takealot , just after I did the order -a friend told me they were selling for R1000 less at Macro , I immediately phoned and cancelled the order , the person assisting me told me the order can’t be cancelled -shell log a return , the item never left there warehouse , I went on and ordered it at Macro , from there I cannot count the amount of e mails , telephone calls I have made , just every time to be told they’ll sort it out , and get back to me , today again I phoned , and insisted to speak to a manger now , 1ste I spoke to Nomfundo then to a Keagan who told me he is the team leader , when I insisted I wanted to speak to a manager , he placed me on hold -were 22min later I hanged up -Im fed-up – if you have R5000 to just loose during n month – I don’t -pay back my money</p>
Let this be a warning to all out there -10 days later and still struggling to get my money back , they just don’t care , promises of following up and giving me feedback comes to nothing -until I phone them again , when you ask to speak to a manger -you are placed on hold till you eventually hang up as it become clear that no one’s going to help you
