PAY BACK MY MONEY !!!!

Well , Where do i begin

so I wanted to buy a few things for my birthday ( 23 July ) I ordered 3 items and PAID for the on the same day ( 26th of June). on the 3rd of July my order was cancelled and they requested proof of payment which i sent on the same day . I ordered and more than 30 days I am still waiting , Every time I call in , its transfer after transfer after transfer !!!WOW you really are a LOT to take in. This was my first and certainly last time ordering ANYTHING with you guys . I just want my refund , You had more than 30 days to deliver and failed dismally.
