Patio lounge furniture with wrong pieces

I ordered an Allibert Emma Keter lounge set which came with the wrong pieces. I asked for it to be swapped the next day with a new set. The delivery service came with a truck and picked it up with no swap which I had mentioned and spoken to customer care about. Now I see Takealot have credited me.

This is pathetic service
