pathetic waste of time service

Horrible service It seems these guys have no idea what they are doing at all

First they come to deliver my product and say nobody was home when I was at home the entire day The next day they come an only deliver one item and thats after I had to run after the delivery guy who delivered something to my neighbor an when I asked him he had indicated he had nothing for me then I decided to go to the van and he seemed abit confused but then found a single item An i still have 4 items outstanding to me Now everyday for the past three days it say my item is out for delivery but nothing So how am I supposed to make arrangements if takealot themselves don't kmow when my stuff is being delivered

They contact number only rings and nobody answers Pathetic waste of time service I will never use them again

I've used them for many years without any issues but this has really put me off completely
