Pathetic Takealot ,Won't deliver or refund me

Pathetic "Service”,worst online shopping experience ever.Ordered item in stock in early December , a month later,January 10 2022, it has not been delivered.Not one of the numerous customer service agents can sort this out.How DIFFICULT is this,just give me the refund I asked for.They took my money and won't respond.' Automated bot response"We have contacted the warehouse,we are waiting for their feedback...etc" Is Takealot going bankrupt or are they just too big for their boots now.How to do operate a multi million rand business and have no head office and no manager to contact ?
