Pathetic takealot service

The first week of October 2023 I ordered 2 x rolls of wire. After scanning and collecting the closed box to my surprise there was no wire but rather a kitchen bowl. I logged a request immediately through my phone at the collection point, same day within minutes. I asked the lady at the counter, I ordered 2 x items so how do I tell take a lot they didn't give me wire rolls but a kitchen bowl? SHE told me to pick one of the two to register the return, which I did. I have written numerous emails to takealot to please review, investigate and return my money. They only returned one roll of wire and refuse to acknowledge I paid for 2. Now take a lot refuse to answer any of my emails and want nothing to do with me. All I want is my R454 for the other roll of wire which I paid for but did not receive is it too much to ask?
