I have queried an order and got zero help from your help/ callcenter staff.

If i had wanted them to tell me what was on the website tracking i would have said please give me a breakdown of what is going on on the website tracking.

Instead i need assistance with shipping of my order. I placed my order on the 14th of March and it has still not been shipped and i have gifts in there.

Please confirm if i will receive my order by the 20th or cancel!

My last order was also significantly late.

I have even chosen all items that were in stock to avoid a delay.

Please advise, Seriously ****ed off client
