PATHETIC TAKEALOT SERVICE

I ordered a vacuum machine, received a defective unit that did not work, it had a repair ticket on it showing it had been previously repaired, unit was full of vacuum oil, did not suck out air and did not seal bag. I immediately, same day, arranged for a return to have it replaced. THAT WAS 12 JULY 2022. Takealot have on many occasions arranged a pickup date to come and collect. TODAY as i type this , 3 Aug, it still has not been collected, This is terrible, pathetic ABSOLUTE BAD service. I only want a working vacuum sealer, I've spent R14000 and still NOTHING
