Pathetic Takealot

I Bought a TV from Takealot , it was faulty, send it back, now waiting 11 days for there feedback. Every time I call them there agents tell me they are working on the return. Nothing happens, Takealot, because of there size and millions of customers don`t give a **** if some body is unhappy or trying to get an Item returned . Like lots of other big company`s in SA there are no customer service, most Agents are idiots , just answering calls and unable do rectify anything.
