Pathetic Takealot Customer service

I ordered a Karcher Power Washer from Takealot as I urgently needed one. Paid more for next day delivery. It arrived with parts missing. I had to send it back and deal with the delay, as Takealot's return process is slow. The eventual replacement package missed the exact same parts. I was requested to return it again, which I refused. I requested for only the missing parts to be supp****, as there was clearly a problem with the supplier, and I thus expected to yet again receive an incomplete package. I also could not wait again for the slow return process to complete as I need to use the power washer. I was told this would be escalated. I am still waiting for any form of feedback.
