Pathetic takealot

I order and paid for a product on the 26th of December. Delivery date was confirmed by takealot for the 28th of December. I then received a phone call from the delivery guy saying that he has the package but the address is not in his area so he will not deliver. I reached out to takelot and after speaking to 3 different poeple and ea h one promised to get back to me it was later discovered that takelot messed up at the hub and send the package to the wrong location. I was then promised a delivery of the 2nd of Decmeber. Guess what. It never happend. I tried to cancel the order and was told sorry you can't cancel the order but my package is still not delivered as promised. I then tried to get hold of takealot again and nobody seems to bother to answer the phones anymore. What a pathetic place they have become. But this is not the first time i am having issues with them and mr d. Really disappointed and will delete both their apps as soon as this gets settled
