Pathetic staff and service from takealot

Take alot has the worst service ever. There warehouse staff don't know what they doing. I send pack a item because it's broken and they send me a new one, great its not broken but it's the wrong color but has a sticker saying black but it's grey. I send that back and a week later get told item is ready for collection... guess what I get the exact same one back that I sent to them last week. All they do is put it in a plastic bag and put a new sticker on it. But leave the old ones on with the old return info on. When I complain about it I get told I must log a return and they will see what they can do... I think takealot is way too big for themselves and need to come down to the same level as everyone else. Your staff aren't very bright 😒
