PATHETIC **** SERVICE

I CANT NOT EVEN RATE THEM A 1 STAR... -01 STAR is even to good. My order should have been delivered by Thursday. It is almost again Thursday and no order received. Everybody has a different story. 1.It is delivered to a third party 2. It has been delivered and signed by my Husband (BTW: he was not on farm and with me) 3. Order is not delivered yet. 4. They do not know and trying to investigate. 5. Definitely delivered. No proof of delivery can be provided by either Takealot OR Skynet. Both promised to call back after numerous times I called them. Still I have no answer? They said driver will come by today, 16:08 still no response from anyone or driver...... I have no words for either one of this places and actually dont know witch one is more pathetic than the other one. Was on hold for over 14 mins with Skynet yesterday to get to the right person to speak to, still nothing. Phoned Takealot again, they will get back to me.. I am so flippen frustrated, WHAT MUST I DO????
