Pathetic services!!!

I have been waiting for a refund since the 10th Nov 2023, Takealot say they have paid it into payfast account (they did but provided payfast with wrong account details). I contacted Payfast as directed by Takealot to inform them of the error. Payfast then told me that Takealot must contact they to rectify the error!!! Told Takealot and they just don't answer my emails, speak to customer care which are absolutely useless, like speaking to a robot, same answer every time, "we will escalate this to the finance department" and nothing happens, no phone call NOTHING!!!! I've called them everyday at my expense with no success!! Pathetic and disgraceful after spending lots of money with them and this is how they treat customers!! F....Off!!!
