Pathetic services

<p>After purchasing an xbox one console on the 25th November via the app i was told my order would be ready on the 1 of dec but nothing came i sent a email by tanya peters that the order will be delayed and it will reach me within 2-7 days still nothing and after trying to track my order order via the app as was advised in the email i found that no information about my order i then email tanya again to ask whats going on with my order i was told they would get back to me within 2-11 hours its been 2 days still nothing this being my first experience with takealot has left a bad taste on my mouth and deciding this would be my last encounter with them</p>
